The majority owner, Shelly Jones Young was educated at Christ Church, Barbados, attended Samuel Chapman Prescott Polytechnic Trade School, St. Michaels, Barbados. She has 4 years metal fabrication & ornamental mold making experience. Her day to day duties include Materials scheduling, negotiation of contracts, pursuit of new work, attends preconstruction meetings, resolves Dailey job site matters and maintains the work schedule.
